VISITING US

The surgery is generally closed between 1830 and 0800 although we do offer extended hours surgeries on some weekday evenings.  Please enquire from reception for details.  If you require urgent medical attention whilst we are closed, please telephone the Out of Hours Service on 111 or visit nhs.111.uk
Calls to NHS 111 are free from both landlines and mobile phones.
 

Consultations are by appointment only.
 

One Appointment - One Patient. If you wish to see a specific doctor, you may have to wait a bit longer. Currently all appointments are telephone consultations and face to face appointments are only made depending on clinical need. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel as soon as possible.

If you think you need a home visit, please try to telephone before 10.30am, so that the doctors' days can be planned.
 

If you need immediate medical treatment call 999.
 

Please inform the surgery immediately if there is a change of your address or telephone number.
 

Cancelling Your Appointment

Due to the high demand for appointments and to relieve pressure on the system, we would respectfully request thet if you are unable to attend your appointment you telephone the surgery on  01403 730016 to cancel so that it may be allocated to someone else in need.
