If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.

Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:

• in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
• in your SystmOnline account
• phone us on 01403 730016 (option 3) after 10am each day and we will tell you what the results are

If you want to talk to someone about your results, fill out an econsult form or book a telephone appointment.

Laboratory Specimens 

Please make sure all containers are fully labelled, accompanied by a request form and placed in the appropriate sealed plastic bag, otherwise the laboratory is unable to process them. Please hand the specimen to reception before 12.45pm.
